Attorney Willie Gary Delivers Message of Inspiration and Encouragement during Family and Friends Day at Bountiful Blessings Church of God

Stuart, Florida – Willie E. Gary recently served as the keynote speaker at Bountiful Blessings Church of God’s Family and Friends Day in Sebring, Florida.  Community members, elected officials, business leaders and clergy attended the special church service to celebrate and recognize the importance of family and close friends.

Held at the newly constructed, state-of-the-art church, more than 300 people listened attentively as Gary spoke on the topic of “The Family and the Church.”  Gary encouraged attendees to value their respective families and to worship together as often as possible.

“I want to applaud the remarkable work of Bishop Timothy McGahee and his wife, Blondie for orchestrating such a powerful and meaningful event,” said Gary.  “I have known the McGahee’s for many years and I am honored that he asked me to come and be a part of this special occasion,” continued Gary.

Gary, who is best known in legal circles as “The Giant Killer,” is noted for taking on some of America’s most powerful companies--winning billions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.  Known for his philanthropic endeavors, he and his wife, Gloria Gary, founded The Gary Foundation, which provides college scholarships to at-risk students who wish to attend college. The Gary’s have donated millions of dollars to help Historically Black Colleges and Universities – including $10 million to his alma mater Shaw University in Raleigh, North Carolina.
