$140 Million Settlement Reached on Behalf of Company in Discrimination Case

Willie Gary and his law partner CK Hoffler recently settled a discrimination case against one of the nation’s largest, most powerful corporations.

The multi-million dollar settlement was reached on behalf of their clients who owned and operated a smaller minority business.

Gary argued that discrimination was the reason why his clients were excluded from a multi-billion dollar business deal. After five years of litigation, Gary was able to resolve the case by way of settlement.
