Trillion-Dollar Lawsuits Seek to Stop Foreclosures and Recover Damages

Orlando, FL – Attorney Willie Gary, along with his law partners CK Hoffler, Manny Socias and attorney Phyllis Gillespie of the Florida law firm of Gary, Williams, Finney, Lewis, Watson and Sperando, P.L. have teamed up with attorneys who have filed lawsuits in Nevada and Arizona seeking class action certification in those states for victims of predatory lending.

The lawsuits allege a national and industry-wide conspiracy to defraud borrowers, which have also impacted investors and the federal government.
